Good TV night tonight

Hi! How is everyone this morning! All is fine here ~ a little cooler out ~ but that is okay. Did you watch TV last night...Pushing Daisies was on ~ it is a cute little show, plus, Dirty Sexy Money was on ~ that show rocks (next to Las Vegas of course)...tonight is also going to be a good TV night with Ugly Betty, Grey's and Big Shots plus The Office is on at the same time as Grey's ~ Oh NO!!!....I am trying to do my reading plus watch the telly...multi-tasking is my middle name...I just finished reading "Dead Roots" by Nancy Cohen...here is a note from the Publisher ~

You must think all I read is humorous mystery books ~ but I do read other type of novels ~ I am just in this mystery faze right now...I was thinking of reading a classic novel next, maybe, Les Miserable or Lady Chatterley's Lover...I'll let you know...Oh, there is another new show starting tomorrow night (Friday) called 'Women's Murder Club' it is based on the books series from James Patterson ~ his books are a good read ~ pick up a copy of one of his novels the next time you are at Chapters (or you local book store) ~ you will not be disappointed...Men in Trees is BACK!!! The only problem is, it is on at the same time as Las Vegas...I hate that...they are both good shows...I'll have to flip back and forth...NO! I DO NOT HAVE A PVR, I ONLY WISH!!!! Day After the Holidays

Happy Thanksgiving ~ I know I'm a day late ~ I have been busy with Thanksgiving, Birthday, and Anniversary...so ~ how was everyones four day weekend...mine was good ~ with help from my sister, we cleaned out the basement...it was gross...I can't believe all the stuff I have...but now, half of it is gone...yup, still have a lot of sh@t ~ but I am half way there...so that is a good thing...I just wanted to say Happy Anniversary to my husband...here is a photo of us one year ago at our 3rd year anniversary, doing our renewal at the Viva Las Vegas Chapel...YES! WET Tuesday

HI! Pretty wet out there today ~ not too much going on since my last post ~ ya ~ this is a very slow time for me...but soon it will be the "Holidays"...which last for 6 weeks (or so)...I am just starting to go through my closet (again) ~ seeing what is good for the fall/winter season...packing up my spring/summer wear...I hate doing this...why? you ask ~ because half my stuff either doesn't fit or it is out of date...well ~ I guess I have to go out SHOPPING...what? where do I go....WINNERS of course ~ oh, also, Old Navy, H&M, Reitmans, Fashion Maxx ~ just to name a few...well, I have to go and do some work ~ post you later...Regards, ShoeGirl2

Mad MONDAY!

Hi to all my fans...lol...things are going okay in these parts...weather is very nice...I have been taking a couple of exercise classes...so far so good...my Yoga instructor is a nut case...she needs to be sent back to the 'home' and locked up...my Pilates instructor is great ~ nice young lady...I have been doing an exercise program at home for quit awhile now, but I thought it would be nice to get out ~ instead of being in my prison cell (my house)...yes ~ I said it my prison...WHY WOULD YOU SAY THAT? You are asking ~ because that is how it feels sometimes...since I have been a "KEPT" wife, I have noticed a change...in all aspects of my life...I never knew how lonely one can get from being 'KEPT'...if that makes sense ~ in my brain it does...to the lighter side...just finished reading a book called "Murder Uncorked ~ The First Wine Lover's Mystery" by Michele Scott...I thought it was an enjoyable read...I tried a new wine this weekend ~ 'Meritage 2004' from Jackson-Triggs (Proprietors' reserve) red wine...I found it to be a nice full body taste...I will be adding this to my collection...go to their web-site www.jacksontriggswinery.com. Just finishing up my RED TEA LATTE ~ yummy ~ day 4 of my detox ~ going okay ~ I broke down late last night and had three frozen yogurt cones ~ did my mid-week weigh in...lost 5 lbs...I know that is just water weight...looking forward to losing actual fat...not too much going on right now...just doing my regular tasks...which I need to get back to...blog you tonight...Have a Good Afternoon, Shoegirl2

I'MMMMMMM BACK!

Long time no blog...yes it has been awhile...no real reason that I wish to state...so ~ how was everyones summer ~ GOOD I hope...mine was fine...now back to my old routine...thank goodness...I hate having everything in an up roar...I am going on a new detox diet and exercise program ~ which will include cardio work out, Pilate's and yoga...YES, I will be keeping an up-to-date journal on my daily experiences...this should be fun ~ since I LOVE good quality food ~ I have always said that my fat is quality fat ~ no McD's sh@t! I am on day 3 ~ so far so hungry!!!! I am well...I can't believe I missed 'Larry King Live' tonight ~ they were talking about Chris Beniot...and my 'boyfriend' John Cena was on...now I have to wait for the encore show at 12:midnight...I have an early morning tomorrow...but I will stay up...not much else going on right now...it has been very warm in these parts of Canada ~ Niagara Region...the high was 33C, but it felt like 44C....very warm~ to my fans in Las Vegas you are having a warm one also(106F right now)WOW!...I am in the middle of reading "Murder Of A Real Bad Boy" Author: Denise Swanson ~from the publisher...

School is out...now the summer vacation begins ~ what to do? what to do?...PLAY!!! What are you all going to do this summer? I have added a few new addition(s) to my shoe collection ~ what do you think? Long Time ~ Chris Benoit found dead ~ NO!

Hi to all my fans out there ~ sorry for the delay on my blog ~ I just found out that another one of my boyfriends ~ wwe superstar Chris Benoit ~ fellow Canadian ~ was found dead with his wife and son (7yrs) today at 2:30Pm at his home ~ needless to say ~ again I am upset ~ just over a year ago Eddie Guerrero was found dead in a hotel room ~ what is it with all the guys I like ~ they are found dead ~ I have so much to say but I can't think of the words right now ~ give me a few minutes ~ until than ~ enjoy my photos ` plus..here is the press release of Chris.

Chris was beloved among his fellow Superstars, and was a favorite among WWE fans for his unbelievable athleticism and wrestling ability. Hi ~ How is everyone out there doing? Good, I hope. All is good here, in Southern-Ontario. The weather has been nice. I have been busy doing work outside...yes, I cut the lawn...not my favourite thing to do ~ but it has to get done...I can't believe that this is the last day of April...where does the time go?...so ~ tomorrow is my first day for pottery class ~ yes, I know what you are thinking ~ but this is a new adventure for me...it doesn't sound exciting, but I will make it exciting...I'll keep you posted...I am reading another DK Eyewitness Travel Guide book ~ this one on Canada...I know this is my home country ~ but I like to see what is out there...I have been across Canada ~ West that is not East...I am looking forward to traveling East...I have been as far as Montreal ~ LOVED IT... looking to go to Halifax and maybe PEI...well, I have to go for now...I am in the middle of making my famous homemade CHILLY...I'll talk to you later...bye for now.

I am doing fine. All is good. Have been busy with stuff. We have been having great weather in my part of the world (Southern Ontario ~ Canada)...how about you? Well...where do I start...I have been reading this new book ~ which is the craze right now ~ called "The Secret"...I can't give an opinion on this book, because I really don't know what to think about it ~ I want to believe the thoughts ~ which in a nutshell, they say that if you THINK & BELIEVE ~ you are going to get that certain 'thing' you want your life...get the book from your local library or book store ~ read it and give me your opinion (please)...I wish to see what you think...to other news...I finally got to wear a pair of my wedges on the weekend...bless the wedge...very comfortable...WOW it is coffee time already?!...I'll blog tonight...Have a GREAT DAY!

How was your weekend? My was good ~ out-of-town for a few days. I have not watched my News shows ~ but I caught the newspaper fast this morning...I noticed that Prince William has broken up with his long-time girlfriend, of four years...it is said that the Prince is not ready for marriage...smart man...way to many people are getting married when they are not 100% sure...believe me ~ you have to know in your heart ~ if there is a slight tug that is saying 'I am not so sure' ~ STOP and think about it...marriage is a lifetime commitment that should not be taken lightly...divorce is to easy these days...I can go on about this for days ~ but I'll do you a favour and shut$% for now ~ but I will come back to this one day...to other news ~ I wore my orange pumps this weekend ~ I like them ~ very nice...I didn't get to read to much this weekend ~ so no new news on the book front...well, it is coffee time and I have work to do...I'll talk to you tonight.

Wow...what a game (hockey) last night in Vancouver...Go VC GO...the sixth longest OT in history...game started at 7:00PM EST ended at 3:30 AM EST...yes ~ it was that type of game, GOOOOOOD!!!

I watched a new show tonight...'Notes from the Under Belly'...it is about couples having or thinking of having a baby...been there ~ done that...very true to life...watch it! @ 10pm...or go on the web-site http://www.abc.com/ to see the episode....I'm reading a travel book , from DK ~ on China...DK Eyewitness travel guide, is the BEST travel books out there ~ go to chapters web site to see all the DK books at www.chapters.ca ...NO ~ I am not going on any vacation to China ~ that is why I am reading the travel book...I'm not going there anytime soon ~ I'll read about it...oh, by the way ~ that is another hobby of mine ~ I like to read travel books and pretend that I am going on an exotic vacation...YA, I know ~ loser...will at least I have a dream...to other news ~ here is another addition to my shoe collection ~ flat pom pom boots...yes, I have more than just pumps...well, time for bed ~ I'll be gone for a few days ~ going out of town ~ personal business...have a good weekend.

I just realized I have a serious problem ~ my shoes ~ I...MUST...STOP...BUYING...SHOES! I can't even explain why I have such a thing for them ~ but these ones are nice ~ you know what, if this the only thing that I am bad at ~ then I am okay...YA, there is nothing wrong with having a hobby ~ some people collect stamps ~ some people collect pop caps ~ some people collect barbie dolls ~ I collect shoes ~ YA, I am okay...well, enough of my B*@#%ing. Did you see CNN yesterday...yup, Larry is the DADDY of Anna's baby...that was a surprise (lol)...this story is going to make a great book...you can't get more real than this...what is wrong with us ~ when we are watching CNN with Anderson Cooper and Larry King to get the latest drama on a B-rated starlet...I think it is the best reality TV you can get...am I wrong or off base here? To other news...the playoffs (hockey) is starting tonight...my show, 'Coronation Street' is now only on, on Sundays...I hate getting up early on Sundays....but for this show I will...if you have never seen it, watch it...once you start watching~you just can't stop...soooo, I have finished another couple of books....another Stephanie Bond book ~ 'Kill the Competition'....it was a good read ~ Belinda (the main character) was starting a new life in Atlanta, when things start to go wrong ~ she first rear ends a cop car Lt. Wade (there are starks here), then her B*#@H boss gets kill and her body is in Belinda's trunk ~ did someone frame Belinda? will she be able to find out before HOT Lt. Wade has to arrest her....you have to read the book...oh, coffee break...I'll drop a new blog tonight...have a good day.

Just finished watching 'LarryKing Live' with Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Lance Armstrong, & Oprah Winfrey's trainer Bob Greene ~ topic was about '...secrets to longer and healthier lives' ~ go on the website for the whole story at http://www.cnn.com/larrykinglive ~ it is very interesting...also go look at '360 with Anderson Cooper' site for the story on Don Imus...man has gotten himself in HOT water with some series racial comments...dude ~ you should know better...very disappointing to see this type of behaviour still goes on in our world...plus watch Larry King tomorrow night ~ topic is going to be on, "Will DNA results finally reveal who the father of Anna Nicole's Smith's infant daughter is?" ~ it should be a good one...in other news ~ TV show "Entourage" started their new season last night...we will go there later...get more entertainment news on http://www.tmz.com/ ~ great web site for all the latest news in the ET world...the new 'Vanity Fair's 2nd Annual Green Issue' is coming out on newsstands in the next week ~ but did you know that the polar bear with LEO was actually photographed in Berlin...yup ~ the world of photography.

Well, it happen...the Leafs are not in the playoffs :( :( :(...oh NO..NY had to win in a F@%$ shoot out...I hate that...just like to FIFA playoffs with Germany...I HATE the shoot outs...F@%$ the shoot outs...well, to others news in my world ~ I wore my red pat shoes today ~ luv them...yes, I know, NICE...watch Gene Simmons on A&E ~ continue of the face life ~ ouch!...I have been very bad this weekend ~ with my new lifestyle program ~ yup, I had two, that is 2 bottles of red wine, popcorn and some chocolate ~ it is Easter after all ~ give me a break ~ I am sure I will be sorry tomorrow, but for now I feel GOOD!....how has your Easter been? ~ good I hope...not much else is going on at this time ~ but I'll talk to you in the next 20 or so hours.

They won tonight....ha ha Montreal ~ losers...Went out to the Keg to watch the game...good game...went to Stella's for a few drinks to celebrate the WIN...boy, are there a lot of losers out there...girls and boys...I can't believe how desperate people are ~ looking for love...I don't ever remember being like that...I hope I wasn't...maybe I was so drunk to remember those days...Thank God!...I worn my zebra shoes tonight ~ and yes I got the complements ~ they are hot...well ~ I'm going to make a tea before bed...and finish reading my book (now who's the loser).

Now ~ to other news ~ HI! :) long time no blogging ~ ya...I have been busy cleaning out the basement...I never realized I had sooooooo much cloths....from size 9 to 16...remember, I told you a few weeks ago, I am trying to lose 50-60lbs...will three years ago, I went on Weight Watchers and lost some weight...well...I put on 90lbs ~ 18 months later...went to Holland that summer, and ate a lot of cheese, bread, and yummy beer...I never stopped that eating when I got back home...as a result, I gained 90lbs...I lost 30lbs of the 90lbs...but that took me 8 months...then I stopped losing...and have platoed ever since...until, 3 weeks ago...I am in the process of losing some weight...again ~ going slow...I guess at a certain age, it takes a little longer...some days I get so frustrated ~ like yesterday, going through all my cloths...I tried some of them on...I can't believe I got so fat...I started to cry...but, then I told myself.."self," I said to myself. "Self, you will do this, yes it will take a little long, but you are doing yourself a favour ~ live longer and healthier ~ plus all those beautiful cloths will fit again ~ now that you have great shoes to go with everything ~ you'll look sexier than you do now ~ remember you can change fat but you can't change frugly...and you are not frugly ~ never was, never well be."....then I felt better and stopped crying...went back to looking at my old, great, cloths.

If you don't mind ~ I going for a cup of coffee ~ need my morning coffee...talk to you tonight.

Just getting ready for my evening of 'CNN Anderson Copper' than 'The Hour' with George Strop@#%@#$#@...& of course READING my book ~ I'll be done reading it in the next day or two ~ than I'll revel the title....I have started to workout again...ya, I know ~ 'what you workout?'...only at home, in front of the TV, on my Tony Little Glider...YES, from the home shopping channel...oh, the show stopper today, SOPRANO handbag ~ NICE!!!..anyways, I am hoping this working out will help my weight lose thing...I'll keep you posted, on my jiggly belly situation...I wore one of my new addition to the shoe family today...skull flats...what do you think? I think they are cool...I got them a WINNERS...you either hit or miss there ~ I HIT big time....that's all I am going to say at this point....HIT HIT HIT...I am going to have to start shopping for a old sugar PAPA ~ to keep my shoe habit going ...any takers? we'll talk later...that's it for now.

A new week.

Have to say, my day went by pretty fast.

Less than two hours to my 'Show Stopper' on the home shopping channel..."SOPRANO HANDBAGS'...they are one of the best handbags I have every owned...I have 6 Soprano handbags in my collection...I hope the show stopper is a good one...I might have to get a new addition to the family...yes, I know, I seem to have a problem with shoes, books, magazines, handbags, and clothing...well, not so much clothing at this time...remember, I am trying to lose my winter weight?...so far so good...I did my official weigh in today...yup, 10lbs...I don't see it though...my belly is still jiggly...ya I know, it takes time...blaablaablaa...I think my collection obsession has something to do with the lack of, vavavoom in the bedroom...NAAA...I just love to shop...well my show is on....'WWE Monday Night Raw'....remember ladies ~ the eye candy, Batista, CENA and all the others...ENJOY....I know I will.

I have been away from the computer for a few days ~ was not feeling well...stupid Atkins...yes, I made it through the two weeks...but there was a few days that I was soooooo hungry...I did not give in to the bread devil...I lost 8lbs...wow!...to tell you the truth, I thought I would lose more...with not eating any bread nor no lattes...but, I will continue to eat low carbs for the next two weeks and see what happens...I'll keep you posted...Our beloved Leafs won last night in OT...thank God...I was watching the game tonight...the last time I checked, the score it was 2-2 tie...please let them win tonight...my fav it Matts Sundin...he is great in my eyes....I just finished another book ~ "Ten Big Ones" by Janet Evanovich...this is the 10th in the 'Stephanie Plum' series...Stephaine is a bounty hunter, with her side kick Lula (plus size African-Amercian women) Lula is great...she too, is on the Atkins program...Stephaine is kind of dating two men...hottie cop Joe Morelli and super bounty hunter RANGER... I have all her books...they are an easy- funny read...I recommend this series to every reader...go on her web-site to learn more about the 'Stephanie Plum' series and the author @ http://www.evanovich.com/

Not much else is going on tonight...going to go watch ~ Gene Simons from KISS get a face lift on the AE channel.

Toonie Tuesdays

Good Evening!

Just finished watching "Dancing with the Stars" the result show. It was alright ~ I like the actual show instead, which is on Monday nights...tonight ~ between commercials, I was watching one of my other shows (which is usually on at 8pm, weeknights)~ 'The Hour ' with George Stroumboulopoulos...Mark Wahlberg was on tonight...NICE!!!!...go to the web-site and you can see the whole interview (www.cbc.ca/thehour) ... I also like Anderson Copper on CNN (10pm weeknights)...yes, I am a news junkie...Why? You ask...I don't know...I just like to watch to see what is going on out there...since I can't live it ~ might as well watch it. Any ways ~ Day 10 on Atkins...doing okay...went out for lunch with a friend today...it was hard, because I love to eat and I was at buffet...I ate eggs, salad with grapefruit dressing, salmon and roast beef....but I really wanted the CHEESE CAKE...but NOOOOOOO, I have to put myself on this 2 week Atkin program....I know at the end of the line, I will be able to fit into my CK jeans with my red pumps...that is my goal.

Well, that's it for now. Yup ~ going to go read my book.
