Hi to all my fans...lol...things are going okay in these parts...weather is very nice...I have been taking a couple of exercise classes...so far so good...my Yoga instructor is a nut case...she needs to be sent back to the 'home' and locked up...my Pilates instructor is great ~ nice young lady...I have been doing an exercise program at home for quit awhile now, but I thought it would be nice to get out ~ instead of being in my prison cell (my house)...yes ~ I said it my prison...WHY WOULD YOU SAY THAT? You are asking ~ because that is how it feels sometimes...since I have been a "KEPT" wife, I have noticed a change...in all aspects of my life...I never knew how lonely one can get from being 'KEPT'...if that makes sense ~ in my brain it does...to the lighter side...just finished reading a book called "Murder Uncorked ~ The First Wine Lover's Mystery" by Michele Scott...I thought it was an enjoyable read...I tried a new wine this weekend ~ 'Meritage 2004' from Jackson-Triggs (Proprietors' reserve) red wine...I found it to be a nice full body taste...I will be adding this to my collection...go to their web-site www.jacksontriggswinery.com.
